  • Launch of Wealth Management Divison (November 2025) -

    • Swastika Investmart announces the launch of Avisa Wealth, a new division dedicated to tech-enabled wealth management. Avisa Wealth will offer personalized, research-driven investment strategies to a diverse clientele, aiming to blend human expertise with digital intelligence for optimal transparency and performance.
  • Penalty from NSE for Operational Non-Compliance (November 2025) -

    • Swastika Investmart Limited, an NSE member, has been penalized ₹1,50,000 by the National Stock Exchange for operational non-compliances identified in their internal audit report for October 2024 to March 2025. The irregularities include improper maintenance of logs for client account statements, missing pre-trade evidence, and allowing trading in a minor's account.
