Business Developments

  • Land Acquisition in Maharashtra (February 2024):

    • Signed an MoU to acquire 10 acres in Wada, Palghar district, Maharashtra for ₹12 crore.
    • New Manufacturing Unit (Planned) is to be developed in three phases over 4–5 years. Expected to enhance capacity for polymer drums, MS drums, and IBCs.
    • Upon full ramp-up, the new unit is expected to generate annual revenue of ₹400 crore, contributing significantly to medium- and long-term growth.
  • Pyramid Technoplast Ltd announces commencement of its Recycling plant (October 2025):
