Capacity Expansion Initiatives
- Ayodhya Plant Upgrade (July 2023): Pakka has unveiled plans for Doubling capacity from 130 TPD to 230 TPD with ₹550 crore investment in its Ayodhya Plant.
- Guatemala Project (July 2023): Pakka has unveiled plans to establish a new compostable packaging facility in Guatemala. The new unit is designed to produce 400 tonnes of compostable packaging materials daily, targeting the North American market. This $250m project aims to become the world’s largest compostable packaging facility.
- Board of Pakka approves acquisition of Pakka Guatemala (March 2024): Pakka Inc., a USA based wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is making an acquisition of 100% stake in Pakka Guatemala, whereby, Pakka Guatemala will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakka Inc. and stepdown subsidiary of Pakka.
- Incentive approval from Uttar Pradesh Govt (September 2025): Pakka Limited’s ‘Jagriti Project’ received approval and recommendation for ₹224.47 crore in fiscal incentives under Uttar Pradesh’s Industrial Policy, subject to Cabinet approval, to be disbursed over 15 years post-commercial production.
- Announces Expansion Plans (November 2025): the company announced significant expansion plans, including a 40 TPD moulded product facility in Guatemala with a $55 million investment. The US project targets a stabilized turnover of $36 million and EBITDA of $12 million by 2028.
